Located on the naturally formed peninsula of Lekki-Lagos, Nigeria. With 6 buildings in this gated estates, this residential development was designed in response to the tropical setting, typology and the tight site constraints. The design marries ecological considerations, engaging design and reinterpretation of African architecture with contemporary adaptation.
This is achieved by integrating generous living spaces with outdoor communal and private balconies carved out to provide good shading and natural cross ventilation.
