Raphael Ogoe

Raphael Ogoe New York based architect, artist, designer and an entrepreneur. He has worked with some top notch architectural firms in the industry. Prior to establishing his practice he trained under world-renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern for 3 years and contributed to the project design, management and administration of a broad range of projects with various responsibilities. Some notable projects that he has worked on include;
– The design of a high profile 80,000sq meter residential development in Shanghai, China.
– The Museum of American Revolution in Philadelphia, a state-of-the art museum with 18,000-square feet of galleries and a theater. Designed to achieve LEED Gold Silver certification
-The Construction Administration and project management for the two new 425 bed Residential Colleges at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
– Design and Project Management for the new addition and renovation of the Hewitt School in New York.
– The design of a 220,000 sq ft headquarters for American Water Co. in Camden, New Jersey.
-The 24,000 square feet meeting house for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Philadelphia.

– He has worked on some institutional and school projects in New York City and has assisted in the

Quality Control and Quality Assurance for multi projects including institutional buildings in New York, Court House in Georgia, Clubhouse and resorts in South Carolina.

For his practice he has designed residential homes in New York and New Jersey in United States, Lekki – Lagos, Nigeria and Accra Ghana.

Raphael holds Master’s Degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor degree in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology where his senior comprehensive project received notable recognition. His work and sketch renderings have been featured in the Architectural Record and Architect Newspaper. He is member of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Ghanaian Engineers and Architects Association of America.

-32-story, 483,000-square-foot brick and masonry residential tower developed as an investment property to offer 258 rental apartments and 13 three-story townhouse, with street-level retail spaces in Philadelphia.
-Worked on the lobby and exhibit design of the recently opened Museum of Black Civilization in Senegal.
-Design of the Sustainability Pavilion for the 2020 World Expo to held in Dubai, UAE
-Redevelopment of the John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport in New York.
