A High-end luxury residential development, Residence located in the prime location of Lekki – Lagos, Nigeria. Ikate Terrace integrates generous living spaces with high ceilings and glazed exterior walls that open into private balconies to maximize natural ventilation. The design is generated by locating the balconies and elements in repeating architectural moves. Ikate Terrace is influenced by the rich tropical environment of Lagos, Africa, and the reinterpretation of modern architecture in the new Africa.
