Nestled just a short distance from Kumasi City in the Asante Region, our inaugural OseiKrom development draws inspiration from the intimate layout of traditional Ashanti villages, where villas are thoughtfully clustered to foster community. The design harmoniously weaves natural elements—lush tree canopies, meandering pathways, a grand entrance driveway, an expansive motor-court, and serene zen gardens—into a private sanctuary that evokes both familiarity and tranquility. 

Blending architecture with the surrounding environment, the project creates a seamless connection between human habitation and nature. Spaces are crafted to immerse residents in verdant greenery, evoking a sense of wandering through a living landscape. Central to the layout are a welcoming courtyard and arrival motor-court, around which the main residence, guesthouse, caretaker’s suite, and security post are artfully arranged. These structures cascade across a terraced terrain, framing breathtaking vistas of the rolling mountains in the distance. 

Rooted in sustainable principles, the Jamasikrom project prioritizes eco-conscious design. Passive strategies, such as optimal building orientation, deep overhangs for shade, and strategically placed glazing to maximize cross-ventilation, ensure energy efficiency and comfort. This environmentally mindful approach not only honors the site’s natural beauty but also cultivates a timeless setting for family memories to flourish. Set against a backdrop of landscaped gardens and awe-inspiring mountain views, the development stands as a legacy of thoughtful design intertwined with nature’s enduring splendor.
