The goal for this project was multi-faceted and ambitious. To design a modern, sustainable home that had the highest level of craft and attention to detail. This house design was inspired by the panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding hills and beautiful green fairways of East Legon Hills. With the ground from dedicated for commercial spaces and parking, 2 different 2-bedroom apartment units are located on the 1st floor whiles the upper level is for the penthouse.

This Penthouse has the understated elegance and tactile sensibility of modern minimalism. With a double height loft and features large open living spaces with incredible lights and views. Designed as a perfect setting for entertaining guests and for cocktail parties. The generous outdoor terrace allows for seamless extension of the indoor and outdoor living.
