Located in Dawhenya in Tema Accra, Ghana. The concept for this private residence is inspired by floating planes anchored by the rhythmic flow of transparency and opacity to provide simultaneous interiority and exteriority.

The amazing clients with their great interest for good architecture and sustainability were keen on exploring a distinct material palette made of rammed earth, concrete and glass.

With great sectional spaces, high ceilings at the main living spaces, this design provides a modern, functional home that is comfortable and filled with natural lighting and ventilation.
